I’m a passionate Finnish language teacher from Jyväskylä, Finland. I hold a master’s degree from the University of Jyväskylä with a strong focus on Finnish as a second language. Over the past three years, I’ve successfully helped students achieve their goals at a university, in integration training, and in various organizations. Since autumn 2025, I’ve been offering tailored private Finnish lessons at all levels.
My teaching is clear, versatile and engaging. I’m driven by a genuine desire to make language learning meaningful. I don’t only teach the language – I also aim to give the tools to truly understand our wonderful culture and be a part of it. I always teach with an inspiring attitude and a touch of typical Finnish humor; I promise you won’t get bored learning Finnish with me!
In my free time, you can find me enjoying nature with loved ones, chasing speed on a snowboard, experimenting with traditional Finnish recipes in the kitchen and capturing cherished moments through my camera lens.
